Gravity! by Theatre of Science

June 2, 2020 @ 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm

What is gravity? What’s life like without it? Was Newton wrong about it? Find out while doing my all-time favourite demonstration alongside me. To join in with this lesson you’ll need:

A mug (standard height or taller)

A fork and a spoon (the least-nice ones you have in the house! We’re going to stick them together so the prongs might get ever-so-slightly bent)

At least two matches (we’re going to light one)

String/thread at least 30cm long

A4 paper

If you’re new here: I’m a physics teacher doing free lessons on Facebook during the lockdown. All the old one can be found on my YouTube channel here:

The most popular lessons have been plagued with spam links in the past; this is taking place on my Facebook page! Do not click links to anywhere else! Stay on my page, click refresh, and I will pop up. Like and follow to be notified when I ‘go live’.

Look forward to ‘seeing’ you on Tuesday lovelies!
