Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and adaptable for pregnant and postpartum mamas as I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach.
All you will need is a mat, some weights (tins will do!) and the desire to Sweat Like A Mother (SLAM) with us.
